Directions to Pacific Surgery Center

• Take Exit 177 to merge onto NE 205th St/ 244th St SW/ Lake Ballinger Way/
  WA-104 and follow for 1.5 miles
• Take a slight right at Edmonds Way and follow for 3.6 miles
• Continue onto Sunset Ave
• The Edmonds-Kingston Ferry will be on your right
• Once you have arrived in Kingston continue straight onto WA-104 NE for .1 miles
• Take a right at Washington Blvd NE for 390 ft
• Turn left at NE E. 1st St./WA-104 NE
• Continue to follow WA-104 NE for 3.8 miles
• Continue onto Bond Rd NE/WA-307 for 5.5 Miles
• The Surgery Center will be on the left/li>

• From I-5 take Exit 164 A for James St/Dearborn/Madison St
• Follow signs towards James St for .5 miles, then veer right at the fork, following the signs for James St
• Turn left onto James St and follow for .4 miles
• Take a slight right onto Yesler Way and then turn right onto Alaskan way
• The Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry will be on your left
• Take the ferry to Bainbridge Island
• Once off the ferry, continue straight onto Olympic Dr SE/WA-305 and follow for 12.8 miles
• Then turn left at Bond Rd NE
• The Surgery Center will be on your left

• Take the James St Exit 165A
• Follow the off ramp for .4 miles
• Merge onto 6th Ave and then turn right at James St and follow for .3 miles
• Take a slight right at Yesler Way
• Turn right at Alaskan Way
• The Seattle-Bainbridge Ferry will be on your left
• Take the ferry to Bainbridge Island
• Once off the ferry, continue straight onto Olympic Dr SE/WA-305 and follow for 12.8 miles
• Turn left at Bond Rd NE
• The Surgery Center will be on your left

• Off of I-5 take exit 132 onto WA-16 West toward Gig Harbor/Bremerton
• Follow this highway for 27 miles (over the Narrows Bridge between Tacoma and Gig Harbor)
• Continue onto WA-3 West and follow for 17.6 miles
• Take the WA-305 exit toward Poulsbo/Bainbridge Island
• Keep right at the fork to continue toward WA-305 NE and merge onto WA-305 NE for .8 miles
• Turn right at Bond Rd NE
